Busan to Fukuoka Ferry Ride

On the 14th of October I started my journey to Fukuoka. My first time going to Japan and my first time riding the sea ferry~

On my way to Fukuoka I got on the JR Beetle. This ferry is quite similar to a plane. You have your seat were you have to stay till arrival. This ride took about 3:30 hours I think.

For me the ride was really comfortable, the weather was nice so I hadn't any issues.

The procedure at the ferry ports was very fast. There aren't that many people so the security and the immigration process is a lot faster than at an airport and it is also a lot easier. You don't really have to separate your things like liquids and everything. Also you don't check in your luggage you bring it with you inside the ferry. In the entrance area is luggage space where the big luggage will be stored. You can bring a handbag and also a separate bag with food and water. On the website I read that you cannot bring a backpack no matter what size so I brought a normal handbag with me but on arrival I saw many passengers with big backpacks as there hand luggage.
